Entry into the Bugs Ruin Everything Video Challenge
Submission of video entries in the Bugs Ruin Everything Video Challenge requires
acceptance of the full terms and rules of the contest. Western Pest Services, at
its complete discretion, may determine the eligibility of contest submission to
BugsRuinEverything.com and its’ corporate YouTube channel and decisions are
binding. It is advised that you review the complete contest rules prior to
submitting a video for consideration.
Use of Information Submitted to the Web Sites
Western Pest Services is free to use any comments, information, concepts,
videos, reviews, or ideas contained in any communication you may send to the
BugsRuinEverything.com without further compensation, acknowledgement or payment
to you for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing,
manufacturing and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving
BugsRuinEverything.com or WesternPest.com. Any wall postings, messages,
suggestions, ideas, or concepts that are submitted shall become, and remain, the
property of Western Pest Services. Western Pest Services is not responsible for
the confidentiality of any information communicated to our website. By
communicating material to BugsRuinEverything.com, you agree that Western Pest
Services has the right to publish the material for any purpose, including, but
not limited to, advertising and promotional purposes. Any information submitted
